We are pleased to be working with Nimbus Disability, utilising their Access Card Scheme and Digital Access Pass system to provide our customers with a more consistent and improved experience when accessing necessary support.
This scheme is designed for disabled customers and customers with access requirements to make their visit more accessible, such as free essential companion tickets, wheelchair spaces, aisle seats and best seats to see BSL interpreter and captioning.
By partnering with Nimbus Disability, a leading authority on accessible ticketing run by and for disabled people, we can better understand and meet your access requirements in a consistent and secure manner. This also helps to protect these provisions from potential misuse.
Through this scheme, you can apply for a FREE Digital Access Pass specifically for use with Stratford East or you can choose to apply for a full Access Card for broader recognition.
If you already have an Access Card, you don’t need to apply again. Simply link your card to your Stratford East account.
Once your account is linked, you can book Essential Companion tickets online.
For accessible seating or wheelchair spaces, please contact our box office team, who will be happy to assist you. Please note that currently, wheelchair spaces cannot be booked online.
