This interactive and experiential self-care workshop draws from evidence-based techniques in mindfulness meditation and restful breathwork to support you towards greater self-awareness and relaxation. The practice of being more mindful in your daily life is tied into improved mental health and resilience, while learning to regulate your stress response through the breath provides an invaluable tool that is accessible at any time and place. Expect to be guided through a series of mindfulness cues and breathing exercises, leaving you in a state of balanced calm, as well as practical tips for self-care in work and life.
