This winter, we’re raising funds to give free Panto tickets to 200 children and families in Newham facing hardship, who simply can’t afford a night at the theatre. Your support gives a child the chance to laugh at panto dames, dance in the aisles, and make memories they’ll never forget – because joy shouldn’t have a price tag. 

For the next seven days only, every gift made through Stratford East’s Big Give page will be doubled – unlocking twice the joy, twice the opportunity, and twice the magic for children and young people in East London. 

And this year, the need has never felt more urgent. 

After a 100% cut to our council funding, which included free panto tickets for local children who otherwise wouldn’t be able to attend, hundreds of families have lost the chance to share a magical festive night together – a night many look forward to all year. 

But this week’s Big Give campaign can change that.   

We’re aiming to raise £10,000 to keep the free ticket scheme alive and to support our free Youth Theatre, a creative club where young people can express themselves, feel safe, and build confidence.
