After the success of QUEER LATES and Queerstory The Musical, join us for an evening where we celebrate Queer icons!
Queerstory the Musical professors Mercury and Maxim have gathered some of their favourite Queer ancestors for the cabaret-lecture-variety show of the century.
In a bid to keep Queer history in the spotlight, remembering what has come before and celebrating the people that have helped the LGGBTQQIAAPPK march towards equality, Queerstory has appeared several times to great acclaim, including at the Roundabout Festival and alongside Amanda Palmer. Now, in celebration of LGBT+ History Month, the two professors welcome some international cabaret colleagues onto the stage to pay homage to their favourite Queer icons including Marlene Dietrich, Noël Coward and Josephine Baker.
Come for a glitter-filled edumacation with some of the most celebrated cabaret artists of today and some of the most wonderful stories from our Queer history.
The action starts at 8pm in our auditorium with the party moving into the bar after the show, giving you the perfect opportunity to strut your stuff and dance the night away.
