At Stratford East, we’re here to push boundaries in the beating heart of East London, to champion talent, and create hard-hitting shows. It’s our mission to move you, excite you, and keep theatre open for all.

We know that times are tough, that’s why all our transformative youth and community programmes are free, and why we keep our ticket prices low, and offer extra discounts for freelancers, local residents, and young people.

But we can't do all of this without your help. As a charity, we need donations from audiences, friends of the theatre and businesses to fund and enable our extraordinary work both on and off stage.
