Role Muddle

Role Muddle is the story of a man struggling to come to terms with his roles as a son, a man and a father. Can he look to his upbringing for answers? or must he find them within himself?

This is the first in a trilogy of plays that explore how our experiences during our upbringing influences how we define ourselves and our roles.

Overview

Role Muddle is the first of what I plan to be a trilogy of plays that discuss and question male and female relationships, but more specifically how either sexʼs beliefs, perceptions and expectations about themselves and the other are passed down from one generation to the other.

Each of the three plays will focus on a different aspect of this topic.
