IFE (A Nigerian Love Story) 

A Nigerian married couple declare their love for each other, but the relationship is interrupted by the husband’s disappearance which causes his partner much heartache. The wife expresses her feelings through dance and the husband expresses his through rap.

Ìfé means LOVE in the Yoruba language. This musical theatre, full of humour and heart, fuses music (afrobeat), rap, song and dance to explore the themes of love, separation, forgiveness and hope.

It’s a metaphor for the relationship between Africa and part of the African Diaspora.
