We are looking for a committed, creative and personable Head Chef who is passionate about food and delivering great service to customers. You will be an organised individual who is financially astute and able to work to budget, managing food, service and waste.
You will have a genuine passion for food and the desire and experience to create exciting cuisine with new and exciting flavour and presentation. Experience of delivering the Caribbean menu that the venue has become renowned for would be an advantage.
This is a permanent full-time contract.
Salary: £27,500 per annum
