BAR SUPERVISOR (Min. 12 hours per week)
We are looking for a Bar Supervisor to join us in Stratford East’s bar. You will ensure the theatre continues to provide a high level of customer satisfaction to theatre-goers and the general public - maintaining the famous warm and friendly atmosphere in our bar, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
This role works during unsocial hours with a minimum of 12 hours per week contract, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts throughout the week. There is a fixed working pattern; alternating closes on Friday and Saturday nights (19:00-01:00) plus one other shift per week. The Bar Supervisor is also required to work the first Sunday of every month.

We are looking for an Assistant Director for our production of Abigail’s Party by Mike Leigh, directed by Nadia Fall. The Assistant Director position is funded by the Garrick Charitable Trust.

PROJECT EVALUATOR
Stratford East will be celebrating its 140th birthday in December 2024. As part of our celebrations we have had some funding from the National Hertiage Lottery Fund to expand our work in the local area, introducing more people to the theatre. We are looking for an experienced consultant to evaluate our work, ensuring that we report on the impact of our work. For more information please see our invitation to tender.

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
It’s an exciting time to join Stratford East as we head into the celebrations for our 140th year. To support our ambitions for this year we are looking for a Development Manager who can work with our Finance Director, Executive Director and Artistic Director to deliver our future plans. The role will focus mainly on growing our relationships with individual donors and members, alongside some work on Trust and Foundations and with corporate donors.
